FAQs
What is required to book you for my event?
Once we confirm that I am available for your date, I will send you a service agreement. A signed service agreement and completed retainer deposit will secure your date on my calendar.
Will you finish my painting on site?
Please send me a booking invitation to receive more information about packages and investments.
Where are you located? Can you travel to my venue?
I am based in Northwest Arkansas, and will travel anywhere to paint at your event. After I receive your inquiry, I will share the exact travel costs with you.
What type of material do you use?
I use professional open acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas and seal the painting with a satin varnish.
Will you require any special provisions from my venue?
My setup is minimal and does not require assistance from event staff. Your site coordinator only needs to arrange for a small 4’ x 6’ space for my easel.
Where will you paint during my wedding?
For Live Wedding Paintings, if I paint your ceremony, I will travel to your reception and continue painting there. If you request to have your first dance painted, I will either start at your cocktail hour or reception.
What is required to book you for my event?
Once we confirm that I am available for your date, I will send you a contract and booking invoice. A signed contract and completed retainer payment will secure your date on my calendar. Next, we will schedule a call to talk about your custom painting!
Will you finish my painting on site?
By the end of your event, you will see a mostly completed painting or paintings depending on the scale of your event.
Where are you located? Can you travel to my venue?
Travel is free of charge for local venues to Northwest Arkansas where I am a preferred vendor. Travel costs are determined upon receiving your inquiry form.
What type of material do you use?
My abstract paintings and murals are created with professional-grade open acrylics on thick, gallery-wrapped canvas, then sealed with a satin varnish for durability and a soft, refined finish. My live watercolor guest portraits are painted with professional watercolors on thick, textured watercolor paper, chosen for its richness and ability to capture expressive detail.
Will you require any special provisions from my venue?
My setup is minimal and does not require assistance from event staff. Your site coordinator only needs to arrange for a small 4’ x 6’ space for my easel or a table if I am painting guest portraits.
Where will you paint during my wedding?
Wherever your event coordinator chooses the set up to be.
