What does a Live Wedding Painting Package include?
Nicole Renee Fine Art offers three different Live Painting packages. Each one includes what is listed below. Inquiry today to learn what package best suites your special day!
- Your choice of a ceremony or reception portrait painting reflecting the bride and groom
- Detailed communication session prior to event
- 5-6 hours of live painting by Nicole at the event
- Paintings are completed using professional-grade golden open acrylic paint on a 2 inch gallery-wrapped canvas.
- Paintings are made via the layering method. The painting is not fully completed at the event, but finished with more detail in studio for 15+ hours after the event.
- Wire mount installed for hanging completed painting + protective satin varnish applied to completed painting to preserve art for a lifetime.
- Free Studio Pick Up or Delivered within 6 weeks after wedding

Artistic Style Expectations
First, I study the room, then I capture everything from your glowing smile to the lace in your dress to your gorgeous floral arrangements that make your day so captivating. My artistic style leans toward relative realism with influences of impressionism. I use professional golden open acrylic paint and seal the artwork with a satin varnish. After your exciting reveal at your wedding, I take your painting home to my studio for fine tuning. Aligning with your vision is important to me, please take the time to study my previous paintings to see if I am the right artist for your event. I can’t wait to celebrate you!
Live Wedding Painting FAQs
What is required to book you for my event?
Once we confirm that I am available for your date, I will send you a service agreement. A signed service agreement and completed retainer deposit will secure your date on my calendar.
Will you finish my painting on site?
By the end of your event, your painting will be revealed, but not completely finished. After your event, I will bring the painting back to my studio to fine-tune and complete it with satin varnish and ready for a free pick up or delivery within 6-8 weeks after your wedding date.
Where are you located? Can you travel to my venue?
I am based in Northwest Arkansas, and will travel anywhere to paint at your event. After I receive your inquiry, I will share the exact travel costs with you.
What type of material do you use?
I use professional open acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas and seal the painting with a satin varnish.
Will you require any special provisions from my venue?
My setup is minimal and does not require assistance from event staff. Your site coordinator only needs to arrange for a small 4’ x 6’ space for my easel.
Where will you paint during my wedding?
For Live Wedding Paintings, if I paint your ceremony, I will travel to your reception and continue painting there. If you request to have your first dance painted, I will either start at your cocktail hour or reception.
What is required to book you for my event?
Once we confirm that I am available for your date, I will send you a contract and booking invoice. A signed contract and completed retainer payment will secure your date on my calendar. Next, we will schedule a call to talk about your custom painting!
Will you finish my painting on site?
By the end of your event, you will see a mostly completed painting! After your event, I will bring the painting back to my studio to fine tune and complete it with satin varnish and have it safely shipped or ready for pickup within 6 weeks of your wedding date.
Where are you located? Can you travel to my venue?
Travel is free of charge for local venues to Northwest Arkansas where I am a preferred vendor. Travel costs are determined upon receiving your inquiry form.
What type of material do you use?
I use professional open acrylics on thick, gallery-wrapped canvas and seal the painting with a satin varnish.
Will you require any special provisions from my venue?
My setup is minimal and does not require assistance from event staff. Your site coordinator only needs to arrange for a small 4’ x 6’ space for my easel. Also, I will need to set up in a spot that gives me a good view of the scene I will be painting.
Where will you paint during my wedding?
For Live Wedding Paintings, if I paint your ceremony, I will travel to your reception and continue painting there. If you request to have your first dance painted, I will either start at your cocktail hour or reception.
