WHAT TO EXPECT
Hiring a live painter to capture the essence of your wedding adds a distinctive touch of romance and elegance to your special day. My artistic style lends itself to creating a soft, impressionistic whimsical painting with a hint of realism, using professional golden open acrylics on canvas. This live artwork can capture a beautifully curated moment, whether it’s the couple’s first look, the ceremony, or the reception. After the initial reveal at your wedding, I will refine the painting in my studio. Your timeless piece, finished with a satin varnish, will be in your hands within six weeks.
PACKAGE DETAILS
- Your choice of a painted portrait scene from your first look, ceremony or reception reflecting the bride and groom
- 5+ hours of live painting by Nicole at the event
- Paintings are completed using professional-grade golden open acrylic paint on a 2 inch gallery-wrapped canvas.
- Paintings are made via the layering method. The painting is not fully completed at the event, but finished with more detail in studio for 15+ hours after the event.
- Mount installed for hanging completed painting + protective satin varnish applied to completed painting to preserve art for a lifetime.
- Free Studio Pick Up or Delivered within 6 weeks after wedding

FAQs
What is required to book you for my event?
Once we confirm that I am available for your date, I will send you a service agreement. A signed service agreement and completed retainer deposit will secure your date on my calendar.
Will you finish my painting on site?
By the end of your event, your painting will be revealed, but not completely finished. After your event, I will bring the painting back to my studio to fine-tune and complete it with satin varnish and ready for a free pick up or delivery within 6-8 weeks after your wedding date.
Where are you located? Can you travel to my venue?
I am based in Northwest Arkansas, and will travel anywhere to paint at your event. After I receive your inquiry, I will share the exact travel costs with you.
What type of material do you use?
I use professional open acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas and seal the painting with a satin varnish.
Will you require any special provisions from my venue?
My setup is minimal and does not require assistance from event staff. Your site coordinator only needs to arrange for a small 4’ x 6’ space for my easel.
Where will you paint during my wedding?
For Live Wedding Paintings, if I paint your ceremony, I will travel to your reception and continue painting there. If you request to have your first dance painted, I will either start at your cocktail hour or reception.
What is required to book you for my event?
Once we confirm that I am available for your date, I will send you a contract and booking invoice. A signed contract and completed retainer payment will secure your date on my calendar. Next, we will schedule a call to talk about your custom painting!
Will you finish my painting on site?
By the end of your event, you will see a mostly completed painting! After your event, I will bring the painting back to my studio to fine tune and complete it with satin varnish and have it safely shipped or ready for pickup within 6 weeks of your wedding date.
Where are you located? Can you travel to my venue?
Travel is free of charge for local venues to Northwest Arkansas where I am a preferred vendor. Travel costs are determined upon receiving your inquiry form.

I use professional open acrylics on thick, gallery-wrapped canvas and seal the painting with a satin varnish.
Will you require any special provisions from my venue?
My setup is minimal and does not require assistance from event staff. Your site coordinator only needs to arrange for a small 4’ x 6’ space for my easel. Also, I will need to set up in a spot that gives me a good view of the scene I will be painting.
Where will you paint during my wedding?
For Live Wedding Paintings, if I paint your ceremony, I will travel to your reception and continue painting there. If you request to have your first dance painted, I will either start at your cocktail hour or reception.
